If you submit a contact form or make a purchase on our website, the information is securely stored on our website, as well as sent to us via email. We periodically remove contact submissions yearly, and maintain purchase records on the website for up to 5 years.
Website administrators can view and delete this information.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of any personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
The Abby Award Foundation is Incorporated in the Province of Alberta under the Societies Act as a non-profit society. Although we are extremely grateful for all contributions, we have not yet received charitable status from the Canada Revenue Agency and therefore cannot issue tax deductible receipts at this time.
